Thursday, April 24, 2008In my cram-packed midterm schedule business I failed to notice that the postmortem for yet another game I've worked on went up:
Check out the Postmortem for Project Loyola

Wednesday, March 5, 2008So the ARG I've been working on has launched!
Our project lead put up a little press release about our project on his blog.
Or if you want to jump right in: redloyola.com.
We're looking for feedback because we're all new to ARG development, so we've not really been sure we're doing it right. We'll try to weed out some of the bigger problems now if we can.
I can't answer technical questions on it, as that wasn't my area, but I can forward complaints, concerns, and compliments to the team.
Enjoy! (I hope...)

Tuesday, March 4, 2008The ARG project I'm working on is set to launch soon, and we're preparing our launch plan.
Very exciting stuff.
Particularly as we're to be one of the (at least to my understanding) first open-documentation ARG projects ever created, allowing others to learn from the design choices we make. I've heard we've got a lot of industry folks interested in this, for exactly that reason.
Of course, the open-documentation part will come later. First, people need to actually play it!
As soon as I can, I'll point people in the direction of where they can find and play our game.
Nobody on the team has ever developed a project like this before, so we're looking for all the feedback we can on the early stages of the game.
Keep your eyes peeled! posted by Brian Shurtleff @ 12:09 AM 0 Comments Links to this post
