Blog - Yes, my name is on the internet

Monday, August 25, 2008

Since this summer's adventures with EGD, it seems a few people have searched for me (thank you, webstats!)
Don't know if they were coworkers, students of mine, their parents, or some of the industry devs who work with us, but it's interesting to me nonetheless.

Although you all spelled my name wrong, a mistake which you hopefully discovered upon being lead here. ;)

Speaking of my fabulous online presence, I'm pleased to see that as of this writing, only one student postmortem has been added to the list on gamecareerguide.com after the two about games I worked on, which means my name is still being well advertised there.

Of course, what's up with that, fellow students? Get to writing some postmortems to your games and get your name out there!

Blog - Project Loyola Postmortem

Thursday, April 24, 2008

In my cram-packed midterm schedule business I failed to notice that the postmortem for yet another game I've worked on went up:

Check out the Postmortem for Project Loyola

Enjoy! ...back to midterms for me...

Blog - Rats Postmortem

Thursday, April 10, 2008

Just in time for me to head off for GDX, gamecareerguide.com published the postmortem for Rats, one of the board games I worked on recently.

So, that's exciting. :)
Especially as Rats is one of the games I submitted for the Entelechy competition at GDX, so it might even be "award-winning" too.

Congrats to the rest of the Rats team.
I'll be seeing some of you at GDX!

Now for the long drive to Atlanta...

Blog - Future Excitement

Tuesday, April 8, 2008

Exciting times are coming ahead for me in game development:

First of all, this weekend is GDX, and I'm very excited for it as I love attending game development conferences and the speakers for this year look great!

Also, at GDX the results of the Entelechy competition will be announced, so here's to hoping one of the games I submitted wins something!
It's always nice, after all, to add that a game I've done is award-winning. ;)

But wait, there's more! You can look forward to seeing a couple postmortems on games I've done to appear somewhere on the internet in the near future!
I'll keep you updated on that, of course.

Wee!
